University Student Living will have great representation at NAA as three members, including President Joe Coyle, take the stage on 4 separate panel discussions at the conference being held on February 16th and 17th.
Joe Coyle will be joining 6 other Presidents and CEOs on Wednesday, February 17th in the CEO Panel Discussion starting at 9:00 am. During this session, CEOs from some of the county’s most successful off-campus student housing providers reveal what they’re thinking and the challenges they face – what are their greatest technological challenges; how do they keep their communities safe from cyber and site security risks; how do they differentiate themselves from the competition; and how will the demands of Generation Z influence design, amenities and marketing.
Heather Sizemore, Vice President of Operations, will be moderating "Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Turn...LITERALLY!, a session on turn. This year the tables are "turned" there is just 60 minutes for participants to ask four veteran student housing experts anything turn-related. Heather will also be on a panel, Wednesday, for the session called "Six Minutes and 40 Seconds to Operational Brilliance" Heather will be covering the topic of turn during this presentation where she will be sharing her experience with turn and the most important issues on turn.
Barrie Nichols, Vice President of Leasing and Marketing, will take part in a session called "Fifty #Superfresh Ideas for Leadership, Team Motivation, Marketing & Leasing" on Wednesday at 10:45 AM. She will be joined by 3 other student housing professionals that will provide attendees with 50 new fresh ideas to help with leasing and marketing to college students.
