• Continental  United States, Hawaii & Alaska
• Priority for locations that are on campus or within two blocks of campus (conducive for walking). We will take into consideration assets where there is easy access by bicycle or a free transportation system (climate considerations apply).
• Quality assets within 2 miles of campus, including in-fill sites that offer high barriers-to-entry for new development.
• Under-performing assets that have potential for a substantially increased performance through repositioning, restructuring, marketing/leasing, operations, systems, and/or capital improvements.
